A Solo Exhibition by Our Graduate at the Irbit State Museum of Fine Arts
On July 19, the Irbit State Museum of Fine Arts opened a solo exhibition by Natalya Ponomareva, a graduate of the School of Art Communications, titled “Interweavings.”

Especially for us, Natalya Ponomareva shared her impressions:
“For me, this exhibition has become a new stage in my artistic career and an invaluable experience of сотрудничество with a state museum institution. It is particularly meaningful that the project has met with an attentive and engaged audience. Encounters like these remind me why an artist continues to work despite all the challenges of this path.”
The exhibition “Interweavings” is dedicated to exploring the connections between human beings, nature, time, and memory. Through painting, embroidery, and natural motifs, Natalia reflects on the invisible threads that link personal history with collective memory, the past with the present, and the individual with the surrounding world.
As the curator of the project, Julia Sysalova, notes: “Life consists of countless encounters, memories, and events that over time form a unique pattern. Sometimes we only recognize it when looking back. It is precisely this process of intertwining human destinies and memory that the exhibition reveals.”
The exhibition takes place at the Irbit State Museum of Fine Arts - one of the largest art museums in the Urals, whose collection includes works of Russian and European art. The museum collaborates with leading cultural institutions in the country and regularly presents major exhibition projects.
