ARTIST'S STATEMENT

I study light and perspective - how it transforms matter, and how it transforms us.

As pigment layers refract, each viewer sees something that exists only from their vantage point, revealing both shadow and light within themselves.

My work draws from the Russian avant-garde and the philosophies of Kandinsky and Malevich, translating emotion into geometry and value into colour.

I use darkness to speak of fear, gold to speak of love, and precious metals to hold enduring truths.

Opposites coexist and generate energy, chaos shapes order.

Through this dialogue, each painting becomes a journey from fragmentation to wholeness - a path back to the self.
