“Frontpage: NEXT,” curated by Julia Sysalova, Named Among the Best Exhibitions in Athens in 2025
The exhibition “Frontpage: NEXT” (2025), curated by Julia Sysalova and Eva Maragaki, and featuring works by alumni Oxana Akopov, Viktor Vinichenko, Viktor Tur, and Liora Redman, has been included in the list of the best exhibitions in Athens in 2025.
The project was recognized by ΦΑΙΗ ΤΖΑΝΕΤΟΥΛΑΚΟΥ, one of Greece’s leading art critics and Editor-in-Chief of CultureNow, in her annual overview of contemporary art in Greece.
“Frontpage: NEXT” is an interdisciplinary project operating at the intersection of contemporary art and media. The initiative included:
- three exhibitions in Athens and Cyprus
- two symposia
- student debates
- panel discussions
