Group Exhibition - Threads of Inner Time

JS Gallery by IMC
Threads of Inner Time is artist-run project presenting eleven contemporary women artists from diverse cultural and geographic backgrounds.

Despite the variety in media and expression, all artists explore internal landscapes, emotional memory, female identity, and the timeless tension between personal and societal realities.

The exhibition’s central metaphor is the 'thread’ - of memory, identity, and symbolic form - seen as a guiding line that weaves between past and present, inner and outer, visible and unseen.

JS Gallery is a vibrant platform that focuses on promoting the talented alumni of the JS Art Communication School, fostering creativity and dialogue between emerging and established contemporary artists.
The gallery combines her dedication and expertise in contemporary art, promoting artistic talent and making it accessible to a global audience.
Supporting artists from all over the world, mainly immigrants, it shapes their creative journeys through innovative exhibitions and projects, exploring diverse mediums, themes, and perspectives.
Being a part of the Institute of Mediterranean Culture ecosystem, JS Gallery makes art a shared experience, celebrating individuality and collective expression.
Its curatorial focus revolves around the theme of “Connections: Voices of Identity”, exploring how artists engage with questions of self, community, and belonging in today’s complex world. These themes guide our programming and help frame a broad spectrum of artistic practices and narratives.

For Discovery, JS Gallery will present the work of eleven female artists from Germany, Austria, Czech Republic, Spain, Cyprus, and the USA.
Each artist brings a unique perspective to the notion of identity and her place in the contemporary landscape, expressed through her own distinct visual language.
Together, their voices form a dynamic and metaphorical path toward unity - a reflection of connection in both its intimate and universal dimensions.
The Gallery looks forward to the opportunity to bring these powerful voices to the Discovery platform and to connect with a wider international audience.
